A sleeping Beauty

She was in my arms. And I was trying to make her asleep. She was looking into my eyes and I was trying to avoid her eye contact so she can sleep. She started singing in her own words and tried to seek my attention towards her but I was trying hard to not to see her. And soon she slept. She was smiling during sleeping, may be because this was the time I was trying to hard to keep my eyes away from her.

 

She was looking beautiful, an innocent body full of love and smile like a daisy flower.

She put her little fingers on my breast making me realize of being a woman.

She was reminding me my days when I used to sleep in my mother’s hands.

 

She was giving me a reason to live, making me release the beauty of life, telling me the real meaning of a contended life.

 

I was kissing on her forehead every now and then.

 

Still, she was in my hands with her half eyes closed.

I thought of shifting her to her bed from my hands, when she woke up again and saw in my eyes asking for my touch and my uncountable kisses.

 

I took her in my arms once again and smiled.

 

She is my little niece.

A Rainbow of tears for him...

He was working for an IT company. Everyday was going good with his pals, his family.

Being an elder of his family, he was enjoying his responsibilities of every day.

Every morning, he took his lunch box from his mother and rush to office.

And every evening, coming back from office, bring hot samosa for enjoying evening tea with his mother and younger brother.

Everyday was going well. And one shinning day, his manager told him that he is selected from one of their Italian client, so he has to visit Italy soon and for that first thing he has to do, is to go for a body checkup.

He was thanking God and his parents for their blessings.

and next day, he went to hospital, where he underwent through all his checkups and came back to home with dreams of visiting Italy, his first visit out of his town, buying so many gifts for his parents.

He was busy packing his bags, sleeping every night in his beautiful dream.

After few days, he got a call from hospital for collecting his medical reports. And next day, he went to the hospital to collect where doctor told him that they found a one small tumor in his chest and which is not at all point of worry. He just needs a small operation and he will be all right soon.

He was in his tears because he never had any problem with his health, not even cold.

And he went back to his home where he told about this to his parents.

Next day, he went to hospital with his dad to meet their family doctor to show him his X-Ray.Dcotor told him that there is no point of worry; they get it removed by doing a very small operation. And once operation is done, he will be able to rejoin his office after ten days rest.

And after hearing to doctor, his parents decided to go for his operation and got him admitted to the hospital.

He had been taken to the operation theater and soon, he went to a deep sleep with thought of joining his office soon to meet.

But innocent fellow was not aware of, what destiny or Doctors had decided for him?

Doctors started their work and during the procedure,  found a small portion of the tumor had entered his spinal canal, and they could not turn back now because they had not accounted for it and they did a mistake by approaching it from the wrong surgical corridor.

Doctor tried to pull that portion and in a split of second, his blood supply to cord cut off and he turned paralyzed on the table itself.

He was brought out of the Operation Theater, paralyzed.

Outside his family was waiting to see their son, nobody even dreamt that his son was operated on the spinal cord. They were in a belief that their son went through a simple chest operation.

The boy did not know that he is disabled now, he can not go out with his friends for party, he can not go to his office, he can not enjoy his parents responsibilities on him.

But his family got to know that their son is paralyzed. They felt themselves disabled about how would they tell his son that he cannot play now, he cannot go to office now.

Next morning, he wake up and found himself unable to do anything, But his mother told him that this is because of his medicines, next month he will be okay.

And every other month, he listened to the same story.

And 6 months passed, when finally he got to know that He is a disable now.

And he broke down, He started contacting doctors, using forums on internet to find a cure for his problem. But nothing came out helpful for him and one of the neurosurgeon from USA told him that there is no cure for spinal code injury and he would have to be on wheelchair for his entire life.

And he and his family were in tears. But this guy was not ready to accept it and he decides to sue the doctors and his family supported him.

He sued the doctor thinking of using it for his cure.

And case started, and soon he got to know that his lawyer was bought by the doctors.

His world was broken and he went into deep depression. He started hiding the sleeping tablets from his family. He surrounded himself with depression and thought of ending his life on his birth date.

This time Destiny, decided something more painful for him:

He got to know that his mother got diagnosed with cancer one month before.

His life was blank, empty with tears in his eyes all the time but no way to go, no option to think of.

He was forced to settle down the case for paltry sum that’d have been his just 3 years salary.

He accepted the offer for his mother, for his retired father, for his younger brother.

He decided to live for his parents with a rainbow in his heart and smile on his lips.

Today, he wake up at scheduled time, eat his breakfast at scheduled time, lunch at schedule time, naps at scheduled time, end his day at scheduled time. Internet is his only friend.

Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things in life.

Innermost Language

Today morning,during reading NRN statement that " Kanada is very much his emotional language".
I thought of writing on it asking my pals what is their emotional language.

Emotional language is in which you can express your innermost feelings.
and yes somewhere this word hit me because yesterday I found myself in understanding my emotional language.

Yesterday , A girl came to me and invited me for a party.And this girl is my office mate but we do not know each other except names.I told her that i need time to think if i have not much work on Friday.
Now when finally I took my decision that I am unable to join them , I need to tell her.

and here come ,my emotional language comes into the picture.

I started my conversation with her in English which I feel, I am more comfortable in speaking or showing my interest  and then back to hindi,in which again , I am more comfortable..:)

So My emotional Language is : English+HIndi..:)

Warmth of her Nest

A girl who opened her eyes in her mother hands and saw her beautiful smile and tear. She was enjoying her father's care and mother's beautiful smile and love only for her. She also got a beautiful smile from her mother.
And eventually, she got the title of being lucky, by finding out all the things which her mother lost every other day.
Being an younger one, she was surrounded with love and care and fun.
Every single day of her school, her father gave her a ride on a bicycle and bought her a big packet of Crax and a five rupee note.
In school, again this lucky girl was surrounded with lovely friends/teachers.
She did every mischievous act which she could think of.
She grew up with so many dreams like every other child.
One of her dream was to buy a car for her parents and started thinking of earning as soon as possible to make that complete.
And the day came, when she got her first offer letter from a big organization which she only dreamt of a few years before.
First time this girl stepped out of her home and found herself in a new city, surrounded with new faces.
She enjoyed every single moment of her existence.
And she got her first paycheck, real money in her own personal account.
Being a totally drama queen, she sent her parents a hand written letter with so many gifts like banana chips, utti special tea leaves.
Few months later, she planned to take a break from her work to meet her parents.
She took a flight to her home, desperately waiting to see her parents, see the pride on their face for her.

And then a point in her life when she realized the house she grew up in
is not really her house anymore. She found her parents changed towards her.
That little happiness/Bonding/Completeness of a family was gone.
And she started questioning herself, “Is she getting mature"?
    “Has she started dreaming weirdly"?
    "Is she become demanding"?
   "Has she become moody"?
She thought of trying to give her best to see her mother smile which she saw as a baby. But Eventually, She started feeling like she can never get it back. She was dreaming of a place which does not even exist for her.
She started feeling that she would not ever have that feeling again until she create a new idea of home for herself, her own kids.
She missed the warmth of a home, of a family, of being a lucky child of her parents.


And suddenly, she heard a knock on her door and she woke up from her sleep.
A handsome man came to her and kissed on her forehead and took her in his arms.


And the next moment,she realized that she is married now,Its time for her to play her mother's role and She smiled.
